Bo’s Place aims to resolve problems and grievances promptly. If a grievance arises pertaining to continuing education activities or processes, please contact Bo’s Place via email at marian@bosplace.org as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion. 

Bo’s Place will manage refund requests related to this event. Please direct refund requests to  marian@bosplace.org.  Refund requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours prior to the webinar.
